Summer's POV.

"Someone Is In the house!"

If there was anything that I wasn't going to joke with, it was my boys.

Silently and cautiously, I slipped out of my room, moving with tiptoes as I made my way toward my boys' room.

A sense of tension hung in the air, directed by the instinct that the source of the strange sound was coming from that direction.

My fist clenched tightly as I reached their door. "It's time to end this!"

With a determined resolve, I opened and pushed the door ajar, only to be instantly greeted by the peaceful sight of my boys still sleeping together, safely covered.

The relief washed over me, temporarily dispelling the tension that had gripped my senses.

I walked closer to them, trying to double-check if they were playing games with me but to my surprise, they were asleep.
