Alexander's POV.

"I saw him going into your room on my way here when I heard you were dying!" She blurted out, her face etched with fear as she spoke.

She was obviously scared of Jackson, but I wasn't.

"What!?" I snapped, my eyes bulging out with fury as rage surged deep within me.

"How dare he try to step that stinking foot of his into my room?" I barked as I immediately released my grip on Summer's shoulders.

I was intensely furious at this point, and nothing was going to stop me or hold me back from teaching that fool a lesson.

He couldn't just go into my room and not do anything. He was surely going to cause problems.

I was going to walk past Summer and head for Jackson's room, not minding if it was still too early to enter an Alpha's room.

But then, Summer got a hold of my wrist and made me halt right on my track.

"Please don't do this; please don't go to him, please!" She begged, her eyes becoming moist, and her fingers digging into my skin.
