Summer's POV.

"Yes, sir,” I corrected myself. “Excuse me.”

I walked out of the office to the coffee maker in the hallway, and with a frown on my face, I began to make the coffee.

The way he acted toward me made me feel like a stranger to him. At first, he asked me to be his secretary and act like we weren't mates, and now he wanted me to call him sir. What next?

Once I was done, I carried the plastic cup and moved to his office with my shoe, making a clack sound against the ground.

“Here's your coffee, sir."

He gestured for me to come closer.

“Place the cup on the table.”

I nodded, dropping the cup.

“Please excus…”

I was about to take my leave when he spoke.

“Where did you get the coffee from?"

I furrowed my brows, with crease lines appearing on my face.

“The coffee machine is outside. The one in the hallway."

“I can't drink this! Get me another one."

I deepened my frown. “Why?”

“Because I can't. Go down the stairs and get me good coffee, and when you're coming
