#149: CLOE II

"Looks like Denver set you up," Cloe said, her gaze fixed on Tio, who carried a sword with a razor-thin blade.

While staring at Cloe, Tio was still dumbfounded and fascinated. He was still undecided on what to do. He felt as though he had eaten his tongue because he couldn't say a single word.

"So, where do you want to start?" Cloe asked, yawning. "Should I attack you now so that I can figure out what I need to teach you first?"

Because of what Cloe said, Tio panicked. He grew agitated at the prospect of her attacking him with the sword she possessed.

"Wait!" Tio cried, tensed, "I don't know anything about swords, and Denver never shows me anything!"

Cloe wonders with a poker face, "Oh, I wanted to know why Denver wants me to teach you if he knows how to use swords."

"Please, teach me the basics first," Tio begged, swallowing hard.

Cloe simply nodded in return, and Tio can't help but feel tense because Cloe has been emotionless from the beginning. And because they are both
