It was very early in the morning, and Lilith was watering their garden plants. Colt was typing on his laptop and watching Lilith at the same time.
"You can stop watering that now, Lilith; you might have drawn those flowers," Colt said abruptly afterwards.
Lilith then returned her gaze to Colt while biting her lower lip. She also stopped watering the flowers and walked over to Colt.
"Can I cook?" Lilith mumbled as she sat in the chair in front of Colt.
"Why? Are you hungry?" Colt said, his gaze fixed on Lilith.
Lilith said nervously, "No, I simply wanted to cook for you."
Colt smiled as he caressed Lilith's head, saying, "You don't have to. I'm also not hungry."
