Happines and despair

GABRIEL'S POV,

Gabriel wakes up in the middle of the night. Noelle is lying next to him peacefully breathing. He watches her beautiful face in the reflection of the light from the fireplace. He caresses her face and kisses her on her shoulder before cuddling up to her again. She feels so tiny and soft in his arms like she fits there perfectly. With a happy sigh, he falls back to sleep.
