She thought Satan was going to the company, but a few minutes ago, his bodyguard delivered a stack of documents saying Satan's signature was urgently required. This left Brianna in a dilemma. Her thoughts wandered around, making it impossible for Brianna to concentrate on other work. Maybe he had women outside to quench his thirst. She walked to the oval mirror in the corridor and traced her fingers on the purplish-green bruises on her neck. Brianna dug her nails deep into the bruise, refreshing the wound. Dark blood dripped down her neck, and patches by patches dropped on the white marble floor forming a small pool of blood. "You want this, Satan. I only had a good face, and now you have destroyed it. Marriage? It was a beautiful dream, which now has turned into a nightmare. Satan, you are my worst nightmare."
