Gabby's POV
I know that my relationship with Jake is going to be over soon but I can't rock the boat now. I mean, I want to have at least one last memory of me, Jake and Simone as a happy family. I would have to leave and go with Dan after the christening. I need to make sure that when that happens everyone would just let me be and try not to fix anything. I wanted them to have a better life once I'm gone. I want to enjoy my last few weeks with Jake. Then I got Dan's message that made me just want to die that moment.
