He had to be kidding.

A smile was playing around his lips, but his eyes were serious as they stared into mine.

“Me?” I repeated dumbly.

Axel’s smile widened a few notches. “You.”

“Two,” I whispered.

I had gone from being rejected by one mate to suddenly having two mates. Frowning, I grabbed the book and scanned the contents inside.

“You won’t find anything inside that book,” he muttered as he leaned back in the chair. “Keiran is trying to figure everything out.”

“It’s never happened before?” I questioned.

Axel hesitated a moment before he stood. “Stay,” he ordered softly.
