Early morning, I woke up hearing the chirping of the bird on the outside, setting it as my alarm clock. I stretched my arms upward and let out a smile when I saw the beautiful morning sky through my window.

I turned my gaze to the left, and my eyes widened when I glanced at the digital clock above the side table.

“Damn,” I cursed under my breath and got up from my bed.

I exited the room and rushed toward the kitchen, not minding my messy hair. I gasped in surprise when I saw Elias wearing an apron and cooking.

“H-Hi.” I caught his attention, making him turn to my side… frowning.

He arched his brow. And pierced his eyes on me.

“I-I’m sorry. I’m late,” I said as I walked toward him, and suddenly, my gaze landed on his apron.

I bit my lower lip and looked away.

Why is he wearing one without a shirt? And why is he look hot with it?

I could feel his gaze on me, making me turn around, and I was about to walk towards the fridge when he spoke.
