ELENA’S POVI hadn't been able to see my mate for the past couple of days and the sad thing was that I didn’t even know his name. DAMIEN'S POVAll I could think about was the conversation that I had with Elena, I could see that she was genuinely afraid of Lukas, and the fact that she wasn’t sure of what he would do if she ran away seemed to scare her even more. I could understand why she was afraid, the man had already told her that he would kill everyone she loved if she dared to betray him and this was not a risk that she was willing to take. The fact that I wouldn’t have him breathing down my neck and knocking on my door for a few days was enough for me to celebrate.
