"I've explained it to your partner. I said we were going to the hospital because we wanted to check on Vincent, who had a strange syndrome. But he doesn't believe it," Zach accused Michael. Jake glanced at his partner but then turned back to Zach.

It is not the time to laugh at him, but it seems like a joke. It would be unbelievable if someone turned into a vampire and then transmitted the disease to other people.
