Chapter Thirty One - I could get used to this...

I was anxious to get back to Scarlett’s to get her alone. And no, I don’t only mean for sex, I mean in general. I didn’t feel very safe out, and about after the texts and notes, I had received. That is why I wasn’t checking my phone, because if it is another text, that may just push me over the edge. I wanted a day with Scarlett without worrying about it all.
I was looking around as Scarlett unlocked her front door to let us in. I have become so paranoid it is beyond ridiculous. I got into her place as quick as I could without being obvious. The moment I closed the door and turned around, Scarlett pulled me close. She pressed her lips roughly to mine. The kiss was passionate. She pulled away after a moment, breathless.
