Say what?***************Narrators pov****************Curiosity got the better of Elena and she decided to take Ava to school and not the driver. The only thing Ava had talked about for the past week was about the new girl in her class."My friends keep saying that we look alike, mum, but we don't. Her hair is cropped and she is skinnier and darker than me and I'm way prettier than her. ""You don't say." Elena smiled at her overdramatic daughter.
My love, my life, my everything*************Elena's pov*************I've had it up to my neck with Ava's whining and complaining. The new girl had rattled her up so bad, nothing seems to satisfy her any longer, all she does now is trying to outdo the new girl.I have shouted, cajoled, and even threatened to withdraw her pocket money but she has become worse. I only pray it's just a passing phase, sometimes I wish her father was around to talk to her, maybe he would have done a better job than me.I will be filing for a divorce tomorrow at my lawyer's office. I'm hoping that this would give me the closure I need to move on with my life.
Regrets******************Anthony's POV******************I left with anger and vowed never to return. My mind was made up concerning my marriage to Elena, for the sanity I had to end it all.My only regret was leaving my other daughter behind. I knew I would miss her growing up, I might never get to hear her call me Daddy. But at that moment when I took Emma with me, all I could think about was getting away, far from the Badmus family. It was either that or lose my self-respect and dignity.
Family*****************Narrators POV*****************Anthony took a deep breath before finally knocking on the door of the Badmus house. He looked worried all of a sudden."I feel great." Anthony smiled touching her nose.
First date,(sort of)****************Narrators pov****************Anthony and Emma left the mansion for their own home a few minutes past nine at night.
