Chapter 935

Ingrid's assistant, Charlotte, was hugging Ingrid when she turned to look at Wanda with hope-filled eyes.

"How is it, Wanda?"

Wanda furrowed her brows and shook her head.

"I'm not sure if Mr. Fletcher has talked to his ex-wife. He's not picking up his phone. Let's wait. But I'm sure he'll help Ingie, considering their past relationship."

Wanda never thought Ingrid would hide such a big surprise from her. When she took over Ingrid as her manager, she was never told that Ingrid saving Simon was a lie.

Wanda felt that she was in a real jam.

She believed there was no other way to save Ingrid except to ask the alleged victim, Angeline, to come out and make a statement.

Wanda had just convinced Ingrid to come out of the bathroom when she was told that Ingrid had signed an unfair agreement with Norwalk Corporation. The agreement stated that if the matter of Ingrid pretending to be Simon's savior was exposed, the fault would be no one else's but Ingrid's.
