Nasty Headache

Waking up with a startle, Chloe yawned, but she didn't open her eyes yet, as she thought of what had happened last night.

“You’re going to regret drinking that in the morning, trust me.”

She scoffed mentally, wondering how a boy can have that much nerve over something he had done so wrong. And speaking of his sentence, trust him, trust him? Was he mad to think she would ever do that again?

Blowing out a breath, she tried to open her eyes but she shut it right back, the pain in her head telling her something was wrong. She groaned in pain, not pleased that she would be going to school with that kind of nasty headache. This was why it wasn't ever a good idea to go to a party on a school night.

She should have taken her own advice, but now, she was several hours too late.
