The following morning, I left home really early.
Firstly, it was Monday and secondly, so I would have done some work before taking excuse.
As usual, Kendall dropped me off at the restaurant and left.
I felt like I'm being watched. I looked around and everyone was busy with their thing.
I only saw a man on a wheel chair who turned when I was about to look at his direction.
I just shrugged the idea of being watched away and I entered the restaurant and started the day's work.
When it was in the afternoon, I went to Richard.
"Um...Richard, I just got a call to come home now and it's really urgent" I lied.
Meeting the Lawyer was kid of urgent on my path too. So it wasn't fully a lie.
"Oh, alright. You can take the day off" he said.
