"Why didn't I just stay at home?" I sighed helplessly after Rose had left the restroom.

I could still feel myself shivering from her threats because they were definitely not an empty threat. I wish I had stood my ground and remained at home.

Breathing out, I strolled over to the sink, I switched on the tap and quickly rinsed my mouth, which was testing horrible after puking on my boss’ suit. I just hope he doesn’t punish me at work because of my unspeakable action.

How could I do that to him?

Even though I was trying to protect him from seeing his wife with another man, who happened to be his personal assistant, I didn’t have to vomit on his body. It was embarrassing and I don't think I will be able to forget that moment, neither will he.

Sighing deeply, I took a look at my pathetic reflection in the mirror one last time before exiting the restroom. My legs were still shaking and I almost fell, causing me to hold the wall for support.
