Chapter 111: Weakness

Grey barely pulled to a stop in front of Don's house when Don and Richard hopped in.

"Good afternoon Boss," they chorused at the same time.

Don sat in the passenger's seat while Richard took the back seat.

"Do you want me to drive?" Richard offered.

Grey shook his head and pulled out of the parkway in a rough way that Richard almost knocked his head at the front seat.

"That's rough, Boss," Richard complained.

"Seat belt, Richard. Why are there seatbelts?" Richard muttered. He was in fact in a hurry to meet with Lan.

The message Lan sent the day before indicated that they had just a few minutes to speak and he didn't want to waste time.

"So, start talking to Don," he urged.

"Ok, we have good news and bad news. Which one would you like to hear first?" Don jibed.
