“Hey… Can I join you?” Amaya’s voice broke her from her angry thoughts, she was surprised to see the youngest sibling standing beside her. She was the last person she was expecting, especially given the fact that Maya didn’t seem to be her biggest fan.
“Sure.” The young woman took a seat on the bench beside her and pulled her knees up to her chest before leaning back to look at the star-littered sky. The evening was quite chilly, which wasn’t particularly unexpected since they were in England.
“I always loved the stars even though I don’t get to see them real often living in the city.” She smiled, looking content.

Madelyn laid staring out the window of her hospital room with her family surrounding her in awkward silence. Aria blew out a heavy breath as she stepped off the podium, the bright stage lights made sweat bead along her hairline, but despite the discomfort, she was elated at the response she received. The crowd was alight with cheers after she told her story and made the opening pledge towards the charity of her choice.Taking a deep calming breath, she placed her hand in Alaster’s and smiled at the photographer as he escorted her down the stairs.“You were amazing, Aria.” Alaster complimented seriously, making her smile.“Thank you, Alaster, thank you for giving me the honour of doing this.” He nodded at her, smiling tenderly.
