Chapter Thirty-Four

Aria walked out of the hospital in a zombie-like state, a week since the incident at work, and her life was turned upside down. 

She had no idea how to react to the news she just received. When Dr Whetstone suggested she run more tests, she thought of it as just a precaution, but the results made her stomach churn and if it weren’t for the medication she was on, she was sure she would have passed out from shock.
