Felix clearly knew that I was injured, but he didn't come to see me even once. It would be a lie if I said that I wasn't disappointed.

I hoped so fervently that there would be a moment when I opened my eyes, and he would be there, sitting beside my bed and peeling an apple for me. There would be a beautiful ray of sunshine shining on him as if he were my god.

On the afternoon of my third day in the hospital, I had just woken up from a nap when I heard the sound of arguing coming from outside my door.

It seemed that Felix had come to visit me, but Lilac was against it. The two of them were having an argument right in front of my door.
