I fell asleep on the couch but when I woke up the next morning, I was on the bed, properly tucked in.

That only meant one thing.

Saint carried me to bed.

I wondered what he thought of me after last night. All he had to do was kiss me and I was willing to let him do whatever he wanted to do to me in public. Did it make me seem cheap?

I touched my lips. I could still feel the imprint of his mouth on mine. It was aggressive and seemed like it could easily bruise me but it didn’t. I didn’t want to be that girl but what did that mean for us?
