For some reason, the police purposefully left out the fact that a locket was found at the crime scene and no other artifact was found at the first crime scene.  The God of Torture knew that because the locket had sentimental value to Sierra, she was the reason that the locket wasn’t mentioned in the news.  Granted he had added a personal touch posing Sheila Andercroft, an up-and-coming defense attorney for the state of Oregon.  One thing that he acknowledged was that he loved to toy with his prey.

The more he thought about it the more he regretted not displaying his first victim, Vicci.  He found her roaming the dark alleyways between Main Street and Andes Blvd.  She was his first mercy killing; even though he tortured her she never cried out or cringed in fear.  She seemed to welcome the sweet release from the life she lived, he almost felt bad for her…almost.
