Chapter 49: Philip Harrington vs. Troy ‘Travis’ Stanton~ First things first!

“Troy?” Philip rasped but his mate quietly walked past him to the vanity where he picked up his toothbrush.

With a sigh, Philip shrugged out of his robe and entered the shower. It was hands-down his quickest shower, Philip thought as he got out and toweled himself. Clad in a towel with the upper part of his body sexily on display, Philip went back to the bedroom. He frowned when he didn’t see Troy in the bedroom.

“Troy?” Philip called out as he continued to the living room. “Troy, please…” He gasped when he saw his mate walking towards the door. Philip broke into a run and got to Troy just as he opened the door. “Please don’t go, baby.” Philip rasped as he pushed the door close and wrapped his arms around Troy’s waist from behind.

“I really need to get out of here.” Troy croaked, struggling against Philip but his strength was nowhere near that of the alpha’s.

“I’ll let you go. I just need to talk to you first.” Philip muttered against the back of Troy’s neck.
