              They were now on hold, waiting for something to happen. They needed to meet with the Druid ambassador and their soon-to-be pack members for the first time. But time wasn’t being their friend. Alrick paced agitatedly in their room as Jessie lay down. He knew Jessie wasn’t sleeping; she wanted to, but his mood and actions were too distracting.

             “Okay, maybe you could shift and try pacing like that?” Alrick looked at her with one eyebrow raised.
