Thirty Five - Finding Solace
Alizeh's POV
While reaching my apartment, I saw a familiar woman coming out. When she turned at me, I halted feeling joyous seeing Layla.
"Hi" I felt surprised by my nervous voice.
She smiled wide while walking at him. Her eyes sparkled.
"So my guess was right."
I forgot about Kiara tugging my hand.
I couldn't stop smiling at Layla's sudden presence.
"My daughter Kiara, this is Layla, my friend" I introduced them to each other. Kiara rubbed her eyes while waving her other hand.
"Hey gorgeous lady"
Layla greeted her.
Kiara opened her mouth but she ended up yawning.
"How come you are here?"
"Actually I came to meet you here. But found your apartment locked so we're going home" she said.

New day New Beginning, And it's new Alizeh too. My morning began with Layla's thinking. I wore my usual comfortable clothes. No more show-off, nothing fancy. Yet the new me.
