A Need For Change

Within the Riverdale Household, in one room, Christian and Forrest both sat by Christen’s bedside, waiting for the woman to wake. Well, the Beta was. The boy had become far too tired to keep watch and wait for his mother to wake and fell asleep on his uncle-figure.

‘Christen… What have we done?’ he wondered.

What have they done was indeed the question. When she asked the Beta- pleaded with him- to allow her to stay with him for Christian’s sake, he was all for it. He knew there may be werewolves in his mansion who would not be pleased with the news- Keenan especially warned him that they would not like the decision- but he had hope that with time, it would change. With time, these people would slowly come to open up to Christen and come to accept her as one of them. Never did he think that this would happen. That they would shun her to this extent.
