There's a foul play

Next morning, Brenda Briston sent for the guard she had assigned to find out what was actually wrong with her son.

   Lukas had gone for his usual training with other warriors. That morning, he seemed not to be interested in seeing Isabella.

   The guard informed Brenda that the Alpha had captured Isabella using Derick as the bait. He intends to kill her and she has been starving and heavily poisoned.

   If nothing is done quickly, the Lycan queen would fall at the subtle hands of Lukas Briston and he would proclaim himself the new Lycan Alpha.

   As for Derick, there seemed to be a foul play. The alpha and the healer had a secret talk last night.
