"Mom!", I clamour, looking at both of them.
"Good morning, Ivanna", Mrs Mayra beams with a big smile on her face.
"Good morning", I mutter and look at mom. She doesn't seem to be worried, even relaxed. "I'm sorry, Mrs Mayra. But the payment....", I strive to say.
"Payment? What are you talking about? Who pays rent to live in their own house?", she laughs, taking a sip from the coffee. I look at her, being confused and then at mom.
