"Dismiss? What contract?", he asks.
I tell him about the contract which I signed before joining the firm and the clauses.
"So childish, Ivanna. You didn't read the contract?", he exclaims.
"Now you don't get started, please. Christian has already scolded me enough for it. Tell me if I can dismiss it or not", I ask.
"Well, I'm not a lawyer", he laughs. "But I have a little bit of knowledge. A contract can be dismissed if one of the parties isn't agreeing to do that. Moreover, you need the copy of the contract which you don't have with you know. If you wanna go for any legal action you'll need that contract paper", he says.
