Merope meant Michelle.

Holly used to be neighbors with the Larsens when she was younger. Michelle often cared for her back then.

She had wanted to visit Michelle but was declined by Abelin. Now, she naturally had no reason to reject when Merope was the one asking. Thus, she accepted the invitation.

After ending the call, Holly briefly recounted everything to Bryce.

Bryce pursed his lips as he listened. It was a matter of life and death. He would look unreasonable if he refused to let her go.

But Calria was Abelin's home ground, and Merope was an unpredictable person. Who knew if anything would crop up if Bryce were to let Holly go?

After contemplating, Bryce decided to concede. "You can go, but bring Nina along. Her schedule is flexible since she's currently working for my mom."

Holly gave it some thought before replying, "Nina isn't close to Abelin and the others. She would definitely feel uncomfortable if she went. It's better for me to bring my mom along instead."
