“Noah?”

“Were you expecting someone else?” He asked observing as she struggled to catch her breath. He sees how her nerves are acting up and wonders why.

“Shall we?” he asked, stretching out his hand and taking hers. Noah walked to the table where his friends sat, uttering no words.

The elegance of the formal dining hall could not be explained with words. It was ethereal. The event company took their time to convert one of the Milton living rooms to a ball room filled with chairs and tables.

The room was bathed in soft candlelight, casting a warm glow over the table where Sophia sat surrounded by Noah's friends.

Sophia sat quietly watch as the speech began. Everyone family in the room chose a representative to say something nice about Heather Milton.
