She giggled as she watched the little boy run up the path to her. An exact replica of his father, his stormy eyes were gleaming with excitement as he ran towards his mother. Vee, the girl who had been looking after him for the day, was right behind him.
“Alpha, I’m so sorry, but he really wanted to see you,” Vee apologized just as the little boy jumped into his mother’s awaiting arms.
