"How come you ignored me earlier?" The first thing Sierra did was to ask me a question when she dashed inside our convenience shop without me expecting, slamming a bottle of coke into a can on the counter in front of me.

But instead of reacting, I maintained my frigid aura and simply stared at her, acting as if I had no idea what she was saying.
