Chapter 12
"Congratulations!"
Dr. Mitch extended her hand to me with a wide grin on her face. I was sitting across her desk while she opened the folder that contained my official transvaginal ultrasound reading, as well as my urine and serum pregnancy test results. Of course, I did my pregnancy test at home using two different kits. Still, since I was too excited that I wouldn't want a false positive result, I chose to go to a diagnostics and laboratory center for confirmation.
I stared at her with wide eyes, wanting to be sure that this was not a dream.
"You're pregnant! Are you not happy?"
I finally let out a smile, followed by a giggle. "Doc, I can't believe it. The last time I was here-"
"So, you did it," Dr. Mitch cut me off. "I understand you both come from a conservative family, but you should put it into your mind that sex is something to be cherished by married couples. It's yours to explore, enjoy, indulge, and learn the art of it."

I almost dropped the binoculars from my hand. I was right about my intuition when I saw Tim dressing up to the nines.
