I know father was going to be asking many questions about this. “She is a friend, she slept over because had nowhere else to go.”

My father glared at me angrily, “wow, so Jason is busy looking for a mate and you are busy sleeping around?”

“Father I am not sleeping around; she just spent a night…...”

"In your bed? Wow, your mother was right you might not be fit for the throne," he angrily scolded me, Avisa was clearly not happy about this, I had crossed my fingers that she doesn’t do anything stupid.

“Yes, he shared a bed with me, and he was in his best behavior,” she says rolling her eyes, “and last time I checked his mother died.”

Her last statement was uncalled for, she need not say that to my father as he really valued his current wife and would take any crap regarding her.

“Little girl does not intervene this is family business,” he growled, “you are just some snacks he is going to bleed dry.”

I felt my fist ball with anger, how dare he speak to her like that. B
