Theo paced the garden outside of the great hall.  Davina had been in council with his superiors for over an hour.  The suspense was killing him.  He’d taken a chance bringing her there, but, as he explained more than once, he didn’t know where else to go with her. He needed time to find a way to undo the damage her sister, Louella, had done so that Davina could return to her life and fulfill her destiny.
