Dark Heart

Scarlett's POV:.

The dark clouds engulfed above the sky, a spooky bat flying above my head that I tried to get rid of. My mind was filled with all ambiguous thoughts as I leaped away, the full moon being my only source of lightness.

I couldn't bring myself to understand where I was or what was happening. The place I was in was damp, a tall tree surrounded the place with bats howling from every corner.

Being too weak to even move an inch, I fell to the floor, my vision blurring and soon my eyes went shut.

This sudden cold wet stuff met my skin and I felt myself falling deep into something, my nostrils blocked making it nearly impossible for me to breath while I forced my eyes open but I immediately closed it half way which gave me a hint of where I was.

I was drowning!
