His Story

Scarlett's POV:

Not long after the reunion with my family, Talon had come to get me saying they both needed to rest, especially my mother. It was still a shock to me, how my boss was able to bring them both, I had wanted to ask them earlier about it but I neglected it knowing it would only bring more hurtful memories to them. Talon and I walked back into the surrounding, the warmth comforting me.

" I promise to answer each questions you have Scarlett,"

Talon surprised me by saying. He stopped walking, coming to stand in front of me. His demeanor didn't fail to intimidate me.

" Micage isn't in the position to answer any of your questions now so I'd rather do the talking for him. He and I grew up together, we are step brothers so there's nothing about him that I don't know,"
