Dead! I gasped with my hand covering my mouth. My ears widened as if they were set on fire by the unexpected news that just left Sonia's mouth. My tears continued to roll down and I sat there in a cloud of shock. I couldn't even say a word. Sonia still had the phone placed on her ear. Her face was flushed from her crying and tears. This was tragic! I cannot believe it. Sam was dead? But how? When? Where? Why? And if it was true that he was dead then what could possibly be the reason behind his death or maybe there was a mix up somewhere. Maybe he wasn't dead, it could just be a random guy who was found dead and he happened to bear the same name as Sam and then coincidentally Sonia's number happened to be the same as his relative. Damn! What was I even saying, it doesn't even make any sense.
