Chapter 148: Lucas (4)

"Lucas??" Ana muttered as her body uncontrollably plunged its way forward, towards him wanting to get hold of him at that moment.

"Ana, are you sure? I get it but the way he is now is like he ain't himself, I can't feel it so do you." Draco chipped in out of worriedness. He stretched his hand forward just when he spoke those words and grabbed her by her ankle but she shrugged him off with a nod and dying silence.

"I still don't like this idea," he added, again feeling at ease. Lucas was their friend, yes, but the way he was right now was too dangerous to even consider him as one.

Ana didn't stop, she took a step one at a time, her eyes locked on him, although he was standing in deeming darkness she still felt like she could see right through the darkness and save him, from himself or anyone that was making him think he was a monster.
