Chapter 27 "Recalling the Lost Memories"

Agatha’s POV

I woke up in the hospital the next morning.

I heard that my boss took me to the hospital and even paid my bill. Now feeling good and strong, I went back to the condominium. However, no one was home.

“I couldn’t remember what happened.”

Embarrassed and grateful, I started to do my work by cooking food.

I finished cutting the onion and set it aside on a plate with a knife. Then I picked up the washed tomato and cut it in half.

[“You look like a tomato”]

I dropped the knife after I remembered a bit of my memories. It was so quick but I’m sure it was my voice.

“Did I say that someone looks like a tomato?” I murmured before I picked up the knife that I dropped onto the floor. If I wasn’t lucky, the knife that I dropped would have cut one of the finger toes.

‘I should be careful.’

All day, I tried my best to recall what happened before I ended up in the hospital.

“I was on my way home. Then…”
