Chapter 66 "It Went Deeper"

Third Person’s POV

“I heard that you would stay here for you. Finally, you picked up the screws in your head.”

Vincent looked at his father. If picking up the loose screws in his head meant staying here with his family, he would rather scatter them further away. Thanks to someone, he was forced to stay.

“Start working and assist your brother. I’ll give you a good position. We will start a project next month. I think you can participate there.”

“Sorry, Father. I think I am still incapable of working,” Vincent said.

“Again? Incapable? Aren’t you tired of giving the same excuse?”

Avoiding his father’s gaze, he stood up and responded, “I am sorry. Actually, I don’t feel quite good today. I’ll go now.”

He walked out of the office hearing his Father’s voice fading as he moved farther.

“Haaaa,” Vincent could breathe at ease outside the building.
