The full moon had come once again in Hara. At the red unit of Ayhorn District were the miscreants of the Nation. Citizens of Hara that had been deemed no longer useful to the Nation, citizens lower than Commoners, these citizens were named– Miscreants.

Poverty greatly overwhelmed the red unit. Every house was built with thatch roofing, and mud that had huge cracks spreading out on it. The Red unit was the shame of Hara, focusing the Royal Council to eliminate the Red unit from the Harian Map, and moving the Red unit closely to the Border between Hara and their enemy Country Fellorn.

Suffice to say the Red unit were cannon fodders for if a war would ever break out between Hara and Fellorn. That way the Miscreants of Hara would be useful to their nation.
