Dark Lord Khor was intimidating to say the least.. However, I now had the opportunity to finally get everything I wanted, everything my pack deserved, and more importantly everything I deserved. I am not going to be shunned and looked down on.. I should have been Alpha by birth, however, the archaic laws of our kind, especially those within the pack forbade this. I knew of other female Alpha’s though and saw no reason my father could not over turned the law. But he was weak, both in spirit and mind, and now in body. His time was over, and mine was coming!

“At a very high cost” my wolf retorted. She did not agree with me, she did not like this plan at all. Dark Lord Khor knew how to concur the Alpha King – give him one thing he always wanted. “You will be Queen Luna”, I spat back. My wolf Rina, was not buying this.. “You have agreed to forego our fated mate. We will never know a real MATE!!! We will never have our mate’s pups!”, she was now screaming at me.. “And for what??”
