Adler was oblivious of the time when he woke up. He groggily opened his tired eyes, stretched on his chair, and cracked his stiff neck before looking at the clock displayed on his wall and realized that it had been 3 hours since he fell asleep, and it was almost time to clock out.

He gritted his molars in disappointment.
