Chapter 40

THIRD POV

A white Corolla car driving slowly around quarter to seven in the night, Lucinda the car owner is on her way home from a busy day at work. Singing to her slow favorite local music from her car radio, she makes her way under the fly over on the road.

A black Honda Accord races her behind taking her unawares. Little did she know she is being followed by an unknown person. The black Honda took the next opportunity to over take Lucinda thereby blocking her way with speed, making her hit her back at her seat with force.

"What the..."

The driver got out of the Honda but not after sending a glare at Lucinda. He was on black, from his head to his toe. She could barely see his face cause he also wore hoodie. Even though the street lights shone brightly.

"Who the hell is that jerk?" She asks no one as she stared at the person, wondering why he blocked her way. She lower her glass window and pop her head out.
