Chapter 50 - Unknown Illness

Loreen raised her brow at him and strolled past him into the room.

"When did you get those cool tattoos and why is your hair short?" Victor asked as he shut the door and locked it, then turned to her.

"I cut it." Loreen rolled her eyes and sat down on the white couch in the living room and crossed her legs. She folded her arms and lazily stared at him. "Let's get to business."

"Your attitude certainly has changed, not even a bit." Victor shook his head and walked over to the table near the window, and opened its drawer. He pulled out a small bag that was suitable for carrying papers and ambled to the couch to sit down. Loreen straightened up immediately and gazed intently at the bag.
