Raquel ran as fast as she could to reach the hospital where her mother was taken.

When she saw Elizabeth's lawyer, she hurriedly approached him with bloodshot eyes.

"W-Where is she?" she tightly grabbed the old man's arms.

The man's face remained serious. "I'm sorry, Miss Raquel. But she's still undergoing an operation to save her life. I'm not going to lie about this matter; she's in a very critical condition because of the explosion. There's a high chance of... not surviving at all."
